Heiner Grueter is the founder and Managing Partner of Meridium Partners. He unites the perspectives of an entrepreneur, investor and consultant. Heiner holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He started his professional career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. From 2000 until 2006, Heiner was Partner/CEO at Unic, the largest owner-managed digital full-service agency in Switzerland. In 2007, Heiner founded Meridium Partners. In parallel, he started to be an active angel investor in several startups and accompanied various successful exits. From 2011 until 2015, Heiner served as Partner/CEO of WMPartners, a leading independent wealth manager in Zurich, which was acquired by the Julius Baer Group in 2013. Since 2016, Heiner’s focus is exclusively on sell-side M&A.
